I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review via Lovers of the Paranormal Goodreads group by the author.You are brought into a world of good vs evil, witches and warlocks, and Innocence tells the story of it all. This paranormal book does not disappoint. It kept me up all night until I could no longer keep my eyes open. The second I woke up I skipped breakfast just to read more of the book.
I really loved how this book was written, you really got to know a lot about the main character. You could live in her shoes, and experience the world that she was in. It went from heart racing, to love, and ultimately hard decisions. I lived it all, and forgot about whatever else was happening in the world. The world is a crazy place, so this book was a huge, and wonderful distraction. There is no way I could ever stop thinking about this one. In my days I know it will come up in my thoughts, because this is one of those books that grows on you, and sticks with you no matter what. That being said; I can not wait to read book 2 in the series.
I encourage you to give this book a read. Free up some time in your day if you do, because you won’t be able to put this one down.
